运动训练理论发展的思辨研究

摘　　要：理论与实践属于运动训练"事物内部的矛盾",是从唯物辩证法的角度来思考运动训练理论的发展符合事物发展的规律.研究发现项群理论是理论研究更是方法学研究,它是横跨在同类项目上的"桥";传统周期理论和板块周期理论是在考虑运动员竞技能力变化特点的基础上相互依存、相互交错的关系;"双子模型"示意着竞技能力的根本是追求"平衡","协同"是在"平衡"思想指导下采用的措施、手段和办法;以体能为本和以动作为纲代表两种不同训练理念,两者的有效融合才能呈现最佳竞技表现.Taking the Science Institute of Shijiazhuang University as an example, which is one of the first batches of pilot universities in Hebei Provence, using principle component analysis, the questionnaire data filled out by 2017 mathematics graduates is analyzed and explored. Using the idea of dimension reduction, several influencing factors transformed into several comprehensive factors to determine the main factors affecting graduates＇ employment on the premise of ensuring less information loss. The research results provide scientific guidance for the employment of mathematics graduates for other similar universities, and help more graduates find suitable jobs.
