骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗在促进骨折切开复位内固定患者骨折愈合中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗在促进骨折切开复位内固定患者骨折愈合中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月～2018年1月我院收治的120例骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组患者给予骨折切开复位内固定术治疗,术后常规抗感染治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上增加骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、术后恢复时间(消肿时间、骨痂出现时间及完全愈合时间)。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的消肿时间为(11.77±1.42)d,骨痂出现时间为(34.83±4.58)d,完全愈合时间为(94.20±12.01)d,均明显短于对照组[(17.37±1.87)、(47.85±6.43)、(151.31±16.65)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨瓜提取物注射液对骨折切开复位内固定患者骨折愈合有显著促进作用,能有效提高治疗有效率,缩短患者术后恢复时间,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Gugua Extract Injection as an adjuvant treament in the treatment offracture healing in patients with open reduction and internal fixation. Methods A total of 120 cases of fracture patientstreated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects, and were divided intothe observation group （60 cases） and the control group （60 cases） according to the random number table method. Thecontrol group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and routine anti infection treatment after operation.The observation group increased the adjuvant therapy of the Gugua Extract Injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate, postoperative recovery time （detumescence time, callus emergence time and complete healingtime） of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.33%, whichwas higher than that of the control group （60.00%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The detumescence time of the observation group was （11.77±1.42） d, the callus emergence time was （34.83±4.58） d, and the complete healing time was （94.20±12.01） d, which were both shorter than those in the control group （[17.37±1.87], [47.85±6.43], [151.31±16.65] d）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gugua Extract Injection has a significant effect on fracture healing in patients with open reduction and internal fixation. It can effectively improvethe efficiency of treatment and shorten the recovery time of the patients. It is worthy of clinical reference.
