摘　　要：本文以对苯二甲酸、新戊二醇等为主要原料,采用熔融酯化法合成低温固化粉末涂料用60/40聚酯树脂,优化了醇酸比、多元酸、多元醇、封端剂等。使用优化的工艺条件可制备低温固化型60/40聚酯树脂产品,酸值为52mgKOH/g,粘度为3500mPa·s。并通过红外光谱对产品进行了表征。A 60/40 polyester resin curing at low temperature for powder coating was synthesized using PTA ant] NPG as main materials by melting esterification method. And the ratio of alkyd to acid, polybasic acid, polyol, blocking agent, etc. was optimized. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the 60/40 polyester resin having an acid value of 52 mgKOH/g and a viscosity- of 3500 mPa · s could be obtained. Finally, the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
