摘　　要：以柴油车SCR系统尿素喷嘴沉积物的生成机理,以及沉积物组分的理化性质为出发点,研制了一种用于清除柴油车SCR系统尿素喷嘴沉积物的清洗剂。应用试验表明,SCR喷嘴清洗剂的清洗速率快、清洗效果好,且清洗方法简单,可快速处理SCR系统尿素喷嘴堵塞问题。Based on the formation mechanism and the chemical properties of deposits on SCR system urea injector,a detergent was developed to remove the deposits. Application test shows that the detergent has high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect. Besides, the cleaning method is simple. The special detergent can quickly deal with the blocking problem of urea injector in SCR system.
