摘　　要：对于阿司匹林中乙酰水杨酸含量的测定方法有很多,而分光光度法是较为常采用的一种。但测定时有游离水杨酸包含在内。本实验通过两步滴定法测得的乙酰水杨酸的含量和分光光度法以及对游离水杨酸的测定得到乙酰水杨酸的含量结果作比较。对分光光度法的准确性进行探究。Many methods for the determination of acetosalicylic acid in Asprin has been developed, among which Speetrophotometryis one in eomnlon use. However, free salieylieis included in the results. In the present work,Two -step titration and speetrophotometry were applied for the the determination of aeetosalieylie acid and free salicylic, no significant difference was found between two experiment results.
