听觉认知速度老年化的初步研究

摘　　要：用人－机对话方式，以听觉信息处理速度（ＩＰＳ）为指标，进行与年龄相关的听觉认知速度变慢的初步研究。被试者为１５０名２０～７２岁身体健康的医务人员。结果显示：４０岁以后，ＩＰＳ随增龄而变小，听觉正确辨别时（ＲＴ）则随增龄而延长；ＩＰＳ及ＲＴ与年龄间呈线性函数关系，前者呈负相关，后者呈正相关。因此，在临床上ＩＰＳ及ＲＴ有可能被作为老年听力减退及中枢认知功能的评价方法之一。A primary study on Age-related auditory cognitive speed slowing was accomplished by using the criteria of auditory response time(RT)and auditory information processing speed(IPS)in man-computer interaction model.The subjects were 150 healthy medical workers of 20～72 years of age.The results indicated that the RT prolonged,the IPS decreased obviously with age after the age of 40.There were linear functional relation;between the IPS and RT, with the former negative and the latter positive,It is suggested that the IPS and RT could be a estimating method for elderly hearing loss and the function of central auditory cognition in clinic.
