摘  要:目的以《科学就医分级诊疗》益智游戏棋的应用效果评估为例,了解受众对健康传播材料的接收情况、信息传播效果等,为特色传播材料的开发、传播和应用提供借鉴依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对551位学生家长及101位医务人员进行调查。结果 94.92%的学生家长表示孩子愿意玩游戏棋,以父母陪伴为主(93.19%);在接触游戏棋之前,仅有64.43%的学生家长知道"家庭医生";仅有88.93%的学生家长认为与家庭医生签约不会限制就医自由;90.56%的学生家长喜欢或认可这样的宣传方式。医务人员认为该游戏棋最适合的人群为低年龄段学生以及中老年人;游戏棋能较好的体现分级诊疗、就医路径、家庭医生的职责以及主要服务内容;93.07%的医务人员认为这样的宣传形式有助于宣传家庭医生、科学就医等信息。结论益智游戏棋是一种形式新颖的健康传播载体,为传播家庭医生签约服务制度的相关政策提供了新的思路。Objective To understand the reception of health communication materials and the effect of information dissemination by the audiences, taking the evaluation of the application effect of the puzzle game “Scientific Medical Grading Diagnosis and Treatment” as an example, so as to provide reference for the development, dissemination, and application of characteristic communication materials. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 551 parents and 101 medical personnel. Results the proportion of the parents indicated that their children were willing to play chess was 94.92% with their parents (93.19%); only 64.43% of the parents knew “family doctor” before playing chess; only 88.93% of the parents believed that signing a contract with family doctor would not restrict their freedom to seek medical treatment; 90.56% of the parents liked or recognized the way of publicity. Medical staff thought that the most suitable group for this game is the younger students and middle-aged and elderly people; the game chess can better reflect the graded diagnosis and treatment, medical path, family doctor’s duties, and main service content; 93.07% of medical staff thought that this form of propaganda is helpful to publicize family doctors, scientific medical treatment, and other information. Conclusion Puzzle game chess is a new form of health communication carrier, which provides a new way of thinking for disseminating the relevant policies of family doctor contract service system.
