阳荷乙醇提取物及其硬胶囊制备工艺研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验法,以提取物的得率和总黄酮的含量为评价指标,以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间为考查因素,研究对阳荷乙醇提取物得率及总黄酮含量的影响,综合考虑确定阳荷乙醇提取物制备的最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶12,回流提取2h;通过辅料筛选、休止角测定及质量检测制备阳荷乙醇提取物硬胶囊。Orthogonal experiment was used to study the effects of ethanol concentration,the ratio of material to solution and extraction time on the content of total flavonoids and the extraction rate of total extract from Zingiber striolatum Diels. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids from Zingiber striolatum Diels,the best was 70% ethanol,the ratio of material to solution of 1∶12,and the extraction time was 2 h. Through the screening of supplementary materials,determination of angle of repose and quality testing,a hard capsule of Zingiber striolatum Diels ethanol extract was prepared.
