摘　　要：本文提出了一种针对某款手动变速箱进行换档品质优化的方法研究。该方法旨在解决该款变速箱比较突出的换档卡顿问题。通过分析,增大换档操纵系统的运动惯量,可以改善变速箱内部操纵系统在换档过程中反馈到驾驶员手柄上的换档阻力的特性,通过此方法可以达到优化换档操纵力变化趋势的效果,经实车验证此方法效果显著。This paper present a method for the study of shift quality promotion for one MT gearbox. It aims at solving the stagnation during shifting for this gearbox.By analysis, when increasing the motion inertia, it can improve the resistance of shifting, fed back by shift system when shifting. And it can achieve the purpose of optimizing the trend of shifting force. This method is proved to be very effective after verification in vehicle.
