摘  要:目的:设计一种婴幼儿床旁X射线投照防辐射用推车,使一定距离内的其他婴幼儿免受辐射。方法:推车立面采用三面铅玻璃、单边工作口不锈钢包边铅橡胶防护,底面置普通玻璃,下设可容置胶片暗盒、计算机X线摄影(CR)和数字X线摄影(DR)板槽,底部铅板防护,采用不锈钢方管、滑轮和底盘相连接的结构形式,当需投照时防辐射用推车可与X射线管照射野相对位置进行同步移动。结果:婴幼儿床旁照片防辐射用推车的使用有效地阻隔了散乱X射线,且三面防辐射铅玻璃方便观察车内婴幼儿实时情况。结论:通过婴幼儿床旁投照防辐射推车的设计及应用,从而避免一定距离内的其他婴幼儿遭受不必要的辐射。Objective To design a cart with radiation-proof for bedside X-ray of crib so as to avoid radiation for other infants in a distance. Methods: The three sides of cart were lead glass, and operation window of single side was stainless steel that was enfolded by lead rubber, and its underside was common glass and a board slot with film holder, CR and DR was installed under this common glass. The structural of bottom was connected by lead plate with protection function, stainless steel square tube, pulley and under pan. When the X-ray need be used, the position of the radiation-proof cart could synchronously move with the relative position of irradiation field of X-ray tube. Results: The application of radiation-proof cart effectively obstructed the scattered X-ray, and three lead glasses contributed to provide convenience for observing the situation of infant in real-time. Conclusion: This design can avoid unnecessary radiation for other infants and young children in a certain distance.
