摘　　要：目的:对疾病预防控制机构现有生物安全三级实验室(BSL-3)进行改造,使BSL-3中通风系统和通讯系统的关键组成部分符合国家标准要求。方法:按照国家标准"实验室生物安全通用要求"(2008版)中新增BSL-3技术要求,对BSL-3中通风系统和通讯系统的关键组成部分相关条款与实验室现有的情况相结合,针对通风系统和通讯系统关键技术点建立改造技术方案。结果:制定出了符合实验室实际情况的BSL-3通风系统和通讯系统改造方案,使改造后的BSL-3符合新版国家标准。结论:在BSL-3关键技术的改造中,应严格按照国家新标准进行,使改造后的BSL-3通风系统和通讯系统各项技术指标均达到新标准的要求。Objective To rebuild existing bio-safety level-III （BSL-III） laboratory of organizations for disease prevention and control so as to take the key components of ventilation system and communication system to accord to the requirement of national standards. Methods： As the requirement of BSL-3 laboratory technique, that was added in national standard ＂Laboratory Bio-safety General Requirement （2008 edition）＂, to combine the relevant items of key component in ventilation system and communication system of BSL-3 and current status of laboratory, and to establish technical proposal of rebuilding for key technique point of ventilation system and communication system. Results： The rebuilding scheme of ventilation system and communication system that conformed to actual situation of laboratory was formulated, and the rebuilt BSL-III could reach national standard of new edition. Conclusion： The rebuilding of key technique of BSL-3 should strictly accord to new national standard. And each technical index of ventilation system and communication system of rebuilt BSL-III laboratory can meet the requirement of new standard.
