摘　　要：目前国际原油市场价格波动较大,成品油及炼油副产品价格也出现较大波动,节能降耗、降低产品成本,是提高产品市场竞争力的重要手段。对炼油厂换热器及生产过程的能量优化进行了全面分析,提出了节能降耗的初步方案。At present, the international crude oil market price fluctuates greatly, and the price of refined oil and refinery by-products also fluctuates greatly. Energy saving and consumption reduction and product cost reduction are important means to improve product market competitiveness. The energy optimization of heat exchanger and production process of oil refinery is analyzed comprehensively, the preliminary scheme of energy-saving and consumption reduction is put forward.
