摘 要:建立了铽离子(Ⅲ)荧光探针法测定阿莫西林含量的方法。实验结果表明,激发波长为226nm和发射波长为545 nm,在pH值为6、放置时间为10 min、铽离子质量分数为9.776×10-4mol/L条件下,在1.306×10-6mol/L~1.306×10-5mol/L范围内,阿莫西林的质量分数c与荧光强度存在线性关系,线性回归方程为F=-6.607c+671.708,r为0.9993,平均回收率为98.75%。Terbium ion(Ⅲ)fluorescence probe method for determining the concentration of amoxicillin was established.Experimental results showed that the excitation wavelength was 226 nm and emission wavelength was 545 nm.Under the conditions of pH=6,placement time for 10 min and terbium ion concentration is 9.776×10-4mol/L.In the range of 1.306×10-6mol/L^1.306×10-5mol/L,a linear relationship existed between the concentration of amoxicillin and the fluorescence intensity.The linear regression equation was F=-6.607c+671.708,r was 0.9993 and the average recovery rate was 98.75%.
