摘 要:以早熟甘蓝型油菜‘420’品种为研究对象,分别于蕾薹期、花期和成熟期测定不同氮肥条件下冠层反射高光谱和叶绿素a、b的含量,研究光谱与两者之间的关系。结果表明:不同氮肥条件下,油菜冠层的反射光谱都具有相同的变化趋势,光谱参数与叶绿素含量都表现出极显著的正相关关系,提取的植被指数以及从中拟合的函数模型的决定系数也比较高。本研究有较好的预测精度,可为油菜品质育种研究和区域尺度油菜生长的快速、无损遥感监测提供参考。The paper aims to measure the canopy hyperspectral reflectance and the content of chlorophyll aand b at the stage of budding, flowering and maturity under different nitrogen levels respectively, and study therelationship between the spectra and the content of chlorophyll, by taking the early maturing rapeseed variety‘420'as the raw material. The results showed that: under different nitrogen levels, all of the rape canopyreflectance spectra had the same trend, the parameters of chlorophyll content and spectrum showed asignificant positive correlation between the vegetation index and coefficient of extraction, and the extractedvegetation index and the coefficient of determination from the fitted function model were also relatively high.This study has a good prediction accuracy, and can be used as the reference for rapid and nondestructiveremote sensing monitoring of quality breeding and regional scale growth of rape.
