摘 要:随着我国老龄化程度的持续加深,老龄服务需求日益增加,但养老服务人才供给严重不足。健康老龄产业和养老服务业发展的关键是人才培养,只有完善的人才培养体系才能保证老龄产业稳步发展,从而满足社会对养老服务的需求。应根据目前不同养老服务需求,结合养老服务产业自身的发展规律,建立以生活照顾人才为主体、以医疗护理人才为支撑、以外联服务人才为依托、以机构管理人才为重点、以教育培训人才为保障、以政策投资人才为补充的人才培养体系,实现养老服务人才培养的专业化。针对我国养老服务人才培养的现状和问题,需要从政府、高校、企业和社会层面采取相应的政策措施。With the deepening in China,the demand for aged services is increasing,but the supply of aged care services is seriously inadequate. The key to the development of healthy aging industry and elderly care service industry is talent cultivation. Only a perfect talent training system can ensure the steady development of the aging industry,so as to meet the society's demand for elderly care services. According to the current needs of different elderly care services,a talent cultivation system should be established combined with the development rules of the aged care service industry. In this system,the life care talent should be main body with the support of medical care talents. In addition,the focus should be on the institutional management talents based on the external service talents. It is still necessary to educate and train talents supplemented by policy investment talents in this system in order to achieve the professionalization of the training of elderly care service personnel. In view of the status quo and problems of the training of China' s elderly care service personnel,it is necessary to take corresponding policy measures from the government,universities,enterprises and society.
