摘 要:为了对连续纤维增强金属基SiC/TC4复合材料轴结构进行结构完整性研究,利用复合材料力学性能半经验公式、经典层合板理论与层合轴结构本构关系,建立与复合材料轴结构验证模型尺寸相同的有限元仿真计算模型,对连续纤维增强金属基复合材料轴结构在扭转载荷作用下的力学性能及响应进行预测与试验验证;并在验证的基础上对复合材料轴结构进行了力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:仿真计算结果与试验数值之间误差在5.7%以内,说明分析中使用的理论、方法与模型可靠;在复合材料轴结构总厚度4.5mm与铺层数不变的情况下,±45°交替铺层更有利于扭转刚度的提升,且复合材料层位于轴结构厚度的中间时,复合材料轴结构具有更高的结构效率。In order to study the structural integrity of the continuous fiber reinforced metal-based SiC/TC4 composite shaft structure, based on the semi-empirical formula of mechanical properties of composite materials, the classical laminated plate theory and the constitutive relation of laminated shaft structure, a finite element simulation model with the same size of the composite shaft structure verification model is established. Prediction and experimental verification of mechanical properties and response of continuous fiber reinforced metal matrix com- posite shaft under torsional load have been carried. On the basis of verification, the mechanical properties of the composite shaft structure are analyzed. The results show that the error between the simulation result and the exper- imental value is less than 5.7%, which shows that the theory, method and model used in the analysis are reliable. When the total thickness of the composite shaft structure is 4.Smm and the number of layers is unchanged, ±45° alternate laying is more conducive to the improvement of torsional stiffness, and when the composite material layer is located in the moderate thickness of the shaft structure, the composite shaft structure has a higher structural efficiency.
