摘　　要：立法腐败是指掌握国家立法权的立法机关及其工作人员利用立法权限或职务之便,为特定族群、团体、或个人牟取经济、政治及宗教利益的行为或现象;或指立法机关及其工作人员滥用立法权力的行为。立法腐败是法律制定过程中的职务犯罪。立法腐败的成因是立法权力的滥用和异化、司法审查的缺失。遏制立法腐败的对策是民主立法、立法公开、司法审查、提高立法技术以及立法权的合理分配。Legislation corruption is the legislative power of the state legislature and their staff of the legislative authority or of his position,for specific groups and organizations,or personal injury economic,political and religious interests,or refers to the legislature and their officers who misuse authority of legislative acts.Legislation corruption is a crime by taking advantage of duty.The solution of curbing legislation corruption is democratic legislation,open legislation,legislative judicial review,improving the legislative technical and the reasonable distribution of legislative power.
