摘 要:目的设计一种基于多参数的自行车运动主观疲劳量化评估方法,可直观快捷反映骑行者疲劳程度,降低运动过量造成的损伤。方法首先模拟哈佛登阶实验对自愿者运动能力进行分级,同步采集自愿者骑行时的踩踏频率、速度、功率、呼吸次数和心电,并分析出自愿者心率变异性参数;再基于模糊层次分析法建立适用于各人群的运动性疲劳量化评估模型。结果各人群主观疲劳评估值与本文模型建立的疲劳评估值基本一致。用线性回归方程对疲劳评估模型进行验证分析,发现各人群主观疲劳评估值与本文设计的疲劳评估模型评估值基本一致,两者评估值的拟合直线效果良好,且相关性系数Q>0.95,显著水平系数P<0.05。结论本文模型能有效实现自行车运动主观疲劳量化评估。Objective To design a cycling subjective fatigue assessment method,and to directly and accurately obtain the fatigue degree and thus reduce the damage caused by excessive exercise.Methods The simulated Harvard bench experiment was carried out to judge the athletic ability of the exercisers.The frequency,speed,power,respiration rate and the heart rate variability of volunteers were analyzed.Finally,based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,a model for quantitatively evaluating the sports fatigue of each population was established.Results The subjective fatigue value of each group was consistent with that of the model.Linear regression equation was used to verify the fatigue evaluation model.It is found that the evaluation value of subjective fatigue of all groups is basically consistent with the evaluation value of the fatigue evaluation model designed in this paper.The linear fitting effect of the assessed values was good,the correlation coefficient Q was greater than 0.95,and the significant level coefficient P was less than 0.05.Conclusion The fatigue evaluation model based on multi-parameter can be used to evaluate the cycling fatigue quantitatively.
