新式高帮作训鞋的结构设计

摘　　要：介绍了25号三型新式高帮作训鞋的结构设计。楦底设计:楦底长260mn,拇趾里宽34.6mm,小趾外宽50.8mm,第1跖趾里宽37.5mm,第5跖趾外宽52.7mm,腰窝外宽40.3mm,踵心全宽60.7mm。鞋底设计:鞋底以楦底为基础进行设计,厚度采用4段设计,花纹采用粗壮沟深的耐磨防滑花纹。鞋帮设计:鞋帮面料选择迷彩帆布,里料采用涤纶长丝皱纹里布,结实耐用,柔软舒适,透气性好;鞋帮设计采用平面设计法,鞋帮跷度选取5°。25号三型新式高帮作训鞋满足了部队作训的需要,大底弹性好,缓冲性好,耐磨防滑;鞋面柔软舒适,透气性好。The structure design of No.25 3-type new high-top training shoe was proposed. In the design of shoe last bottom, the parameters are as follows： bottom length 260mn,inside width of the big toe 34.6mm, outer width of the little toe 50.8mm,inside width of the first toe 37.5mm,outer width of the fifth toe 52.7mm, outer width of mid-foot 40.3mm, width of heel heart 60.7mm. The design of sole is based on the last, the design of thickness adopts four-section method, the trend groove is designed sturdy and ditch depth pattern with abrasion and slip resistance. The upper is made of camouflage canvas, upper lining is made of filament wrinkle cloth. The upper is durable, soft, comfort and breathable. The design of upper uses graphic design and toe spring is 5°. It meets the needs of military training for No.25 3-type new high-top training shoe with elastic outsole, good cushioning, abrasion and slip resistance. The upper is soft, comfortable and has good breathability.
