普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗支气管炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨与分析吸入用布地奈德混悬液(商品名:普米克令舒)联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液(商品名:可必特)雾化吸入在支气管炎临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 84例支气管炎患者,按照奇偶顺序进行排序分为观察组(奇数)和对照组(偶数),每组42例。观察组接受普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入进行治疗,对照组仅接受普米克令舒进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果,并观察比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率97.62%显著高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后气喘、哮鸣、咳嗽、啰音等症状消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗支气管炎效果确切,极大的改善了患者气喘、咳嗽等症状,促进了患者的恢复,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation（trade name： Pulmicort Respulas） combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation（trade name： Combivent） aerosol inhalation in the clinical treatment of bronchitis. Methods A total of 84 bronchitis patients were sorted according to parity order and divided into observation group（odd number） and control group（even number）, 42 cases in each group. The observation group received Pulmicort Respulas combined with Combivent aerosol inhalation, the control group received Pulmicort Respulas only. The curative effect, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, length of stay and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%, which was significantly higher than 80.95% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The disappearance times of symptoms such as asthma, wheezing, cough and rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Pulmicort Respulas combined with Combivent aerosol inhalation in the clinical treatment of bronchitis is reliable, greatly improve the symptoms of asthma and cough, and promote the recovery of patients. It is worth promoting and using in clinic.
