清代实体经济与金融服务业的良性互动——基于晋商恰克图茶贸与票号的考察

摘　　要：清代晋商的茶叶国际贸易范围广、路途遥、数量大,且形成了驰名中外以晋商为主体开拓的万里茶路,在贸易大发展积累了雄厚资本后,晋商并未止步商业,而是将业务拓展到金融领域。商业资本的积累为票号等金融业态的发展奠定了资本、文化、制度基础,促进了晋商票号的崛起与繁荣,而晋商票号促进了晋商茶叶贸易方式的改善,形成了银企良性循环互动机制。晋商开创的银企互助模式与实践,其成就对于当今金融与贸易的发展亦具有启示意义,可为推动金融机构的发展,促进金融机构与当地实体经济形成良性循环提供经验借鉴。The international tea trade of Jin merchants in the Qing Dynasty was featured by wide scope,long distance and large quantities. In addition, it formed a well - known thousands of miles tea road which developed by Jin mer- chants. After accumulating abundant capital trade business, but expanded the business to through the trade development, the Jin -merchants did not stop at the the financial field. The accumulation of commercial capital laid the foundation of capital, culture and institution for the development of the Piaohao, and promoted the rise and prosperi- ty of the Piaohao. At the same time, the Piaohao promoted the improvement of the tea trade manner of the Jin - mer- chants,which formed a positive cycle and interaction mechanism between the enterprise and the bank. The achieve- ments of Jin merchants are also instructive for the development of finance and trade today. They can provide experi- ence for promoting the development of financial institutions and promoting a virtuous circle between financial institu- tions and local entity economy.
