摘 要:为了准确确定钢桥面铺装层的使用温度条件,在分析钢桥面铺装温度场影响因素的基础上,结合钢箱梁桥梁段构造特点,确定了钢桥面铺装温度场的边界条件。并以热传导定律为基础,采用Abaqus有限元软件建立了含钢箱梁的桥面铺装层温度场分析模型,采用多个特征日温度条件参数,对钢桥面铺装表面、高弹改性沥青混合料SMA10与浇注式沥青混合料GA10层间、钢桥面顶板温度场变化规律进行了分析,结果表明:钢桥面铺装层使用温度区间为-10~70℃,具有夏季使用温度高、高温作用时间长的特点,使用温度超过50℃的持续时间可达13 h以上;在不同气候环境下,钢桥面铺装层不同深度处最高温度的滞后现象不明显,同时刻的最高温差仅为4. 4℃,但SMA表面与钢箱梁内部空气最大温差可达20. 3℃,与环境最大温差可达30. 7℃。此外,建立了关于太阳辐射强度、环境温度与钢桥面铺装层使用温度的计算模型。计算模型回归分析结果表明:太阳辐射强度对不同层位温度差影响较大,且影响程度高于环境温度。最后,结合现场监测数据,对计算模型进行了验证与修正,确定系数b的取值为1. 358,并对系数a进行了修正,使计算模型趋于简化,更为准确。In order to determine the service temperature conditions of steel bridge deck pavement accurately,on the basis of analysing the influencing factors of steel bridge deck pavement temperature field,the boundary conditions of it is determined according to the structural characteristics of girder segment of the bridge. Based on the law of heat conduction,Abaqus software is adopted to establish the analytic model of the temperature field of bridge deck pavement with steel box girder,and multiple temperature condition parameters of representative days are used to analysis the change laws of the temperature fields,such as the surface of steel bridge deck pavement,between the layers of SMA10 and GA10,and the deck-plate. The result shows that( 1) the service temperature range of steel bridge deck pavement is-10 ℃ to 70 ℃,it has the characteristics of high service temperature and long duration of high temperature in summer,and the duration of the temperature more than 50 ℃ can reach more than 13 h;( 2) under the different climate environments,the lag phenomenon of the highest temperature at different depths of steel bridge deck pavement is not obvious,at the same time the highest temperature difference is only 4. 4 ℃,but the maximum temperaturedifference between SMA surface and internal air of steel box girder can reach 20. 3 ℃,the maximum temperature difference between SMA surface and environment can reach 30. 7 ℃. Besides,a calculation model about solar radiation intensity,environment temperature,and the service temperature of steel bridge deck pavement is set up. The result of regression analysis of calculation model shows that the solar radiation intensity has a greater influence on the temperature at different layers,and the influence degree is higher than the environment temperature. Finally,this calculation model is verified and revised by in-situ monitoring data,the coefficient b is determined to be 1. 358,and the coefficient a is revised to simplify the calculation model and make it more accura
