摘　　要：目的构建心脏康复护理质量评价指标体系,旨在为临床评价心脏康复的护理质量提供参考。方法在"结构-过程-结果"质量模型的基础上,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、专家咨询和层次分析法,确定心脏康复护理质量评价指标体系的内容及各指标的权重。结果专家的积极系数为100%,权威系数为0.869,一、二、三级指标协调系数分别为为0.366、0.305、0.310。最终形成的指标体系包括3个一级指标、13个二级指标、65个三级指标。结论构建的心脏康复护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,对心脏康复护理质量的评价有较大意义。Objective To develop nursing quality evaluation indicator system for cardiac rehabilitation,in order to provide references for clinical evaluation of quality of nursing for cardiac rehabilitation. Methods Based on the theory of Donabedian＇s structure-process-outcome quality model,literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were adopted to determine nursing quality indicator system and index weight for cardiac rehabilitation. Results The positive coefficient was 100%,authority coefficient was 0.869,and the coefficients of concordance were 0.366,0.305,0.310 for three levels of indicators （P〈0.01）. The final indicator system consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators,and 65 third-level indicators. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation indicator system for cardiac rehabilitation was scientific and reliable,which can provide scien- tific references for evaluating nursing quality for cardiac rehabilitation.
