摘　　要：目的编制ICU护理人文关怀氛围评价量表并检测其信效度。方法通过专家访谈法、文献回顾法和德尔菲法形成量表初稿,采用目的抽样法对300名ICU护士进行问卷调查,测定量表的信效度。结果量表共包括2个模块,6个维度,44个条目。探索性因子分析2个模块累积方差贡献率分别为80.494%、73.531%。量表内容效度指数为0.848,总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.934,总量表Spearman-Brown系数为0.791,重测信度系数为0.703。结论该量表有良好的信效度,可用于ICU护理人文关怀氛围的测评。Objective To develop the ICU nursing humanistic care atmosphere assessment scale,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The initial scale was formulated by interviewing experts,literature review and Delphi expert consultation. A total of 300 ICU nurses were selected by purposive sampling to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The scale consisted of 2 modules,6 dimensions and 44 items. The exploratory factor analysis showed the cumulative variance contribution rates of the two modules were 80.494% and 73.531%. The content validity of the scale was 0.84g,the Cronbach＇s c~ coefficient of scale was 0.934,Spearman-Brown coefficient of scale was 0.791 ,and the test-retest reliability was 0.703. Conclusion The scale is valid and reliable,and it can be applied to measure the nursing humanistic care atmosphere in ICU.
