稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心肌病合并快速性心房颤动的疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的研究稳心颗粒在治疗老年缺血性心肌病合并快速性心房颤动时的疗效与安全性。方法选取2012年10月至2015年9月于我院就诊的符合WHO缺血性心脏病诊断标准的老年患者186例,在治疗时分为稳心颗粒组与心律平组,试验数据采用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析,P=0.05。结果有效率试验结果表明,稳心颗粒组有效率为81.5%,而心律平组有效率为59.6%,具有统计学差异;从监测到的早搏次数比较,两组治疗方案均有效,但是稳心颗粒组与心律平组对比,效果更佳显著;稳心颗粒组在治疗期间未产生的副作用,心率平组有几例患者产生副作用。结论通过对比试验,稳心颗粒在治疗老年缺血性心肌病合并快速性心房颤动时,疗效与显著性均较佳,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective to study effect and safety of Wenxin Granule in treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods choose 186 cases elderly patients in accordance with diagnostic criteria of WHO ischemic heart disease from October 2012 to September 2015 in our hospital. Divide them into Wenxin granule group and propafenone group, carry on statistical analysis on experimental data with SPSS 13.0, P=0.05. Resultsefficiency test showed effective rate of Wenxin granule group was 81.5%, and that of propafenone group was 59.6%, with statistical difference. Premature beat number monitoring showed scheme of two groups was all effective, but effect of Wenxin granule group was better than propafenone group. Wenxin granule group showed no side effects, and propafenone group had several cases with side effects. Conclusion comparison showed Wenxin granule had good curative effect and safety in treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with rapid atrial fibrillation, which is worthy of wide application clinical practice.
