延续性心理护理在血管性抑郁症中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察延续性心理护理在血管性抑郁症中的应用效果。方法血管性抑郁症患者72例,以护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组仅在住院治疗期间给予常规护理和心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组与对照组护理后HAMD评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后抑郁改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性心理护理能够有效缓解血管性抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,改善其心理健康状况,值得临床广泛应用。Objective to observe application effect of continuous psychological nursing in vascular depression. Methodsdivide 72 cases vascular depression patients into control and observation group according to different nursing methods, 36 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine nursing and psychological nursing during hospitalization, and observation group with continuous psychological nursing on the basis of control group. Compare nursing effect between two groups. Results HAMD scores of observation and control group were lower than before nursing,（P〈0.05）, and depression improvement of observation group was better than control group,（P〈0.05）, and SF-36 scores of observation group was higher than control group after nursing, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion continuous psychological nursing can relieve depressive symptoms and improve mental health of effectively vascular depression patients, which is worthy of clinical wide application.
