脊椎融合术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的对脊椎融合术后早期下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素进行研究和分析。方法以2016年1月到2017年6月在我院进行治疗的符合上述病症的患者一共432例作为研究对象,对术后进行超声检查的过程判断其结果是否出现了双下肢血栓的情况,一共分为一个DVT组以及一个非DVT组。对比主要分析患者的性别情况、患者的年龄情况。结果患者的体重指数(Body mass index,BMI),术前凝血四项,术中相关指标、术后相关指标,再通过Logistic多因素回归方法进行分析。结论在脊椎进行融合手术以后,因为会受到多方面因素的影响会造成术后早期下肢DVT,在出现该病症以后下肢深静脉血栓一般都不会呈现出相关症状,所以必须尽早进行相关诊断予以确诊,同时尽早根据患者的相关情况来制定相应的预防方案^([1])。Objective to study and analyze risk factors of early deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after spondylodesis. Methods treat 432 patients with above disease in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 as study objects. Carry on postoperative ultrasound examination to determine whether there was double lower extremity thrombus, divide them in to DVT and non DVT group. Compare and analyze gender and age of patients. Results based on patient＇s body mass index（BMI）, preoperative coagulation four items, intraoperative related indicators, postoperative related indicators, carry on analysis with Logistic multiple regression. Conclusion after spondylodesis, with effect of many factors, lower extremities had postoperative DVT at early stage, and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis might not show related symptoms after the disease. Therefore, it is necessary to diagnose early and make related prevention scheme as early as possible based on patient＇s conditions .
