快速康复外科联合微血管减压术在神经外科中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析对神经外科患者联合应用快速康复护理措施和微血管减压术的效果,促进患者疾病迅速康复。方法随机选取本院神经外科2017年6月至2017年12月收治的96例患者作为研究样本,将其分为对比组和联合干预组,对比组实施常规康复指导办法,联合干预组患者在实施快速康复护理手段的基础上,联合应用微血管减压术。结果联合干预组患者的病情康复效率较高,护理效果更佳。结论在神经外科患者的护理过程中,应尽量联合使用微血管减压术和快速康复护理办法,促进患者神经功能的迅速恢复。Objective to explore effect of fast track surgery nursing measures and microvascular decompression on patients in neurosurgery department, to promote fast recovery of patients. Methods choose 96 cases neurosurgery department patients in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 randomly as research samples, divide them into control and combined intervention group. Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation guidance, and combined intervention group with microvascular decompression based on ast track surgery nursing. Results combined intervention group had higher rehabilitation efficiency and better nursing effect. Conclusion during nursing process of neurosurgery department patients, microvascular decompression combined fast track surgery nursing should be applied as far as possible to promote fast recovery of neurological function of patients.
