输尿管镜下钬激光联合超声碎石治疗输尿管结石的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光联合超声碎石治疗输尿管结石的应用价值。方法将2015年10月至2017年10月于我院治疗的80例输尿管结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别应用输尿管镜下钬激光联合超声碎石治疗、输尿管切开取石术治疗。分析两组手术时间等观察指标以及术后1个月结石清除情况。结果治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间以及输尿管中下段结石清除率、总清除率相比于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光联合超声碎石治疗输尿管结石的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the applied value in the treatment of ureteral calculi using ureteroscopic holmium laser combined with ultrasound lithotripsy. Methods 80 cases of ureteral ealeuli treated in our hospital fom october 2015 to october 2017 were divided into treatment group and control group, which were treated with ureteroscopie holmium laser combined with ultrasound lithotripsy and ureterolithotomy respectively. To analyze the operation time and other targets and elimination of calculi of 1 month after surgery. Results Compared the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bed activity time, length of hospital stay, and removal rate of calculi in ureter and total removal rate of the treatment group with the control group, there are significantly difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of using ureteroscopie holmium laser combined with ultrasound lithotripsy to treat ureteral calculi is remarkablel which is worthy of popularization and application.
