摘　　要：大学二年级是大学生开始确立大学目标、形成稳定行为习惯的关键时期。在此期间,学生容易在思想、学习和人际关系等方面出现焦虑现象,出现各类问题。大二学生也是高校容易忽视的对象,因此,会引起"大二低潮"现象。本文浅析了新时期"大二低潮"现象产生的原因及解决措施,助力大学生的成长成才。The second year of college is a crucial period for college students to establish goals and form stable behavior habits. During this period, students are prone to anxiety in thoughts, learning, and interpersonal relationships, and various problems arise. Sophomore students are also easily overlooked by colleges and universities, and as a result, it will cause the ＂sophomore phenomenon＂. This paper analyzes the causes and solutions of the ＂sophomore phenomenon＂ in the new era, and helps college students grow and become talented.
