摘  要:我国现有九亿多农民,占中国人口的绝大多数,农村的发展对于我们构建习近平新时代中国特色社会主义至关重要。调查中发现,贵州省农村一些家庭一直以来节衣缩食,因为孩子支付昂贵的高等教育费用而返贫,还有一些家庭因没有能力承担学费而主动放弃高等教育,让孩子上完高中甚至初中就步入社会开始工作,在调查当中很多家长认为,现在的高等教育体制变相地剥夺了农村家庭孩子的受高等教育权,长此以往,必然会造成"马太效应",由于教育机会不均衡造成阶级固化、社会两极分化、贫困差距越来越大,从而增加人们的不公平感,影响社会公平,有引发社会危机的可能。本文力图通过相关研究,对贵州地区农村家庭高等教育费用承受能力作一分析,为贵州农村家庭高等教育发展提供一些参照。There are more than 900 million peasants in China, constituting the vast majority of China's population. The development of rural areas is crucial for us to build the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era proposed by Xi Jinping. The survey found that some rural families in Guizhou Province have been saving money for their children's high education costs and returning to poverty. Some families have voluntarily abandoned higher education because they are unable to afford tuition fees, so that their children start working after graduating from high school. In the survey, many parents, although very helpless, agreed with this practice and believed that the current higher education system covertly deprives of right to receive higher education of children from rural families. In the long run, it will inevitably lead to the "Matthew effect" due to uneven educational opportunities. It causes class solidification, social polarization, and growing poverty gaps, which increases people's sense of injustice, affects social equity, and has the potential to trigger social crises. This paper attempts to analyze the affordability of higher education for rural families in Guizhou through relevant research, and provide some references for the development of higher education for children from rural families of Guizhou.
