引进雪茄烟品种在四川万源烟区的适应性评价

摘　　要：为了确定适宜四川省万源市栽培的雪茄烟品种,2011～2017年在万源烟区对引进的13个雪茄烟品种进行试验与示范。结果表明:引进的雪茄烟株型、叶片等长势长相符合优质雪茄烟的要求;万源烟区种植的雪茄烟品种未发生严重病害;引进的大部分品种产量中等;烟叶物理特性各指标适宜,烟叶总糖含量低,钾含量较高,氯含量均偏低,原烟总植物碱含量较高;大部分感官评吸质量较好,雪茄香型风格较显著。确定了6个品种适宜在万源烟区作为茄衣品种推广,5个品种适宜在万源烟区作为茄芯品种推广。In order to determine the cigar varieties suitable for Wanyuan city Sichuan province,the experiment and demon- stration of 13 cigar varieties were carry out in Wanyuan tobacco - planting area from 2011 to 2017. The results showed that the plant type and leaf appearance of introduced cigar varieties were in line with the requirements of high quality cigars. There were no serious diseases in planting cigars in Wanyuan tobacco area, but attention should be paid to the prevention of bacterial wilt and powdery mildew diseases. The yield of most introduced varieties was medium. The physical characteris- tics of cigar varieties were suitable, the total sugar content in leaf was low, the total plant alkali content in leaf was higher, the total plant alkali content in leaf was decreased significantly after fermentation, the content of potassium was higher, and the content of chlorine was low. The sensory quality of most varieties was good ; cigar flavor style was more obvious. Com- prehensive comparison,it was determined that 6 varieties were suitable to be popularized as wrapper varieties and 5 varie- ties were suitable to be popularized as filler varieties in Wanyuan.
