摘　　要：针对灌区节水改造项目后评价手段不够科学合理的问题,选择符合本项目特点的经济后评价指标和评价方法,将项目运营后经济评价的实际值与可研阶段经济评价的预测值进行比较分析,评价结果表明:该项目在经济上可行,实际经济效益良好,但财务生存能力较差。通过经济后评价,可提高该类项目投资决策、运营管理水平。In view of the problem that the post-evaluation method of the water-saving reconstruction project in irrigation area is not scientific and reasonable, the economic post-evaluation index and evaluation method, which is in accordance with the characteristics of this project, are selected. The actual value of the economic evaluation after the operation of the project is compared with the predicted value of the economic evaluation inthe research stage. The evaluation results showthat the project is feasible in economy and good in actual economic benefit, but poor in financial viability. The level of investment decision and operation management of this kind of project can be improved through economic post-evaluation.
