新时代党内政治文化建设的着力点

摘　　要：党内政治文化影响和协调政党行动的价值、准则和信仰的系统性、生态性、整体性取向,体现着政党最深层的精神积淀,反映着政党的理想追求,对于执政党建设具有引领性、导向性、基础性意义。基于党内政治文化发展的路向和维度,新时代党内政治文化建设的主要着力点应放在以下三个方面:明晰党内政治生活的价值,包括执政为民的价值、民主集中制的价值、问题导向的价值等;培厚良好政治生态的土壤,包括以党的先进性为引导、发挥制度的规范功能、形成健康的党内政治关系等;抓住守正创新的关键环节,包括以马克思主义为指导、融合传统文化内核、承续革命文化基因等。Inner-Party politics and culture affect and coordinate the systematic, ecological and holistic orientation of the values, principles and faith, reflecting the in-depth spiritual accumulation of the Party and its ideological pursuit, and thus are of directing, guiding and fundamental significance. The routine and dimension for the development of inner-Party politics and culture considered, the construction of inner-Party politics and culture should be focused on the following aspects： clearly-defined values of inner-Party political life, which include the value of the Party serving the interests of the public, the value of democratic centralism, and the value of problem-orientation; the nurturing of preferable soil for political ecology, which include the guidance of the advanced qualities of the Party, the application of the regulating function of the system and the formation of healthy inner-Party political relationship,etc.; sticking to the notion of innovative development, which include the guidance of Marxism, the integration of core traditional cultural values, and the inheritance of the gene of revolutionary culture.
