摘 要:目的探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液联合湿化氧疗治疗严重肺挫伤的临床效果及对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年1月本院收治的74例严重肺挫伤患者为研究对象,按照简单随机法将入选患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。对照组患者予以常规治疗联合湿化氧疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗。比较两组患者气促缓解天数、吸氧天数、入住ICU天数、肺功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者气促缓解天数、吸氧天数、入住ICU天数均短于对照组(P_均<0.05)。两组患者治疗后用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量、呼气流量峰值等肺功能指标较治疗前均显著改善(P_均<0.05),且观察组患者上述肺功能指标均显著优于对照组(P_均<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液联合湿化氧疗治疗严重肺挫伤疗效显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,缩短症状缓解时间,降低并发症发生风险。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with humidifcation oxygen therapy on the clinical efficacy and pulmonary function of severe pulmonary contusion. MethodFrom September 2016 to January 2017, 74 cases of patients with severe pulmonary contusion in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to the simple random method, they were divided into control group and observation group, each group has 37 cases. Control group patients were treated with conventional therapy combined with humidifying oxygen therapy, and observation group patients were treated with Ambroxol hydrochloric acid on the basis of control group. The days of breathlessness relief, oxygen inhalation, ICU stay, pulmonary function and complications were compared between the two groups. ResultThe days of breathlessness relief, oxygen inhalation and ICU stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group (Pall〈0.05). After treatment, the indexes of forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in the frst second and peak expiratory flow in the two groups were signifcantly improved compared with those before treatment (Pall〈0.05), and the above indexes in observation group were signifcantly better than those in control group (Pall〈 0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was signifcantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). ConclusionAmbroxol hydrochloride injection combined with humidifcation oxygen therapy has signifcant effect in the treatment of severe pulmonary contusion, can effectively improve lung function, shorten symptom relief time and reduce the risk of complications.
