2018年存款准备金政策调整的作用及成效研究——以四平辖区为例

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展和经济环境的不断变化,作为我国传统货币政策之一的存款准备金政策的运用也需要逐步进行完善,人民银行一直研究制定各种有针对性的、作用精准的货币政策。截至10月,2018年共进行了四次存款准备金政策调整,这四次调整有其各自的背景及目的,以及相应的实施效果。以四平辖区为例,分析存准政策在欠发达地区的实施效果,剖析存准政策在欠发达地区实施存在的问题及原因,并提出应对措施,对欠发达地区经济发展具有重要意义。With the rapid development of China*s economy and the continuous changes of the economic environment, as one of China's traditional monetary policies, the use of the deposit reserve fund policy also needs to be gradually improved, the People's Bank of China has been studying and formulating various targeted and precise monetary policies. As of October, there were four readjustments of the deposit reserve policy in 2018. These four readjustments have their own backgrounds and purposes, as well as corresponding implementation effects. Taking Siping District as an example, this paper analyzes the effect of the deposit reserve fund policy in the underdeveloped areas, and proposes some countermeasures, which is of great significance to the economic development of the underdeveloped areas.
