摘  要:无接箍隔水导管接头以其优良的工作性能被广泛应用。由于无接箍隔水导管接头螺纹啮合面的非线性,常用的二维接头模型不能满足其复杂的力学分析要求。根据在东海某扣型无接箍隔水导管接头的CAD设计模型,建立了考虑螺纹升角的不同径向尺寸、不同螺纹头数的三维有限元计算模型,分析了无接箍隔水导管接头的结构特点和应用前景。通过上扣转矩、弯矩、轴向拉力等载荷的施加与计算,得到与二维有限元模型不同的计算结果。无接箍隔水导管接头的应力分布不均匀,并且螺纹头数越多,应力极值越小;探讨了在不同载荷组合下,应力极值出现的位置。可为无接箍隔水导管接头的选择提供参考。The flush marine riser joint is applied to offshore drilling engineering widely based on its excellent performance. The two dimensional joint model hardly meets its complicated mechanical analysis requirements due to the nonlinearity of the thread engagement. The structure design lea tures and application prospects of flush marine riser joint were analyzed. The three dimensional finite element model with different size and screw number was established based on the CAD de sign drawing of a certain type of flush marine riser joint, which is widely being used in the East China Sea. Through the application and calculation of the torque, moment, axial tension, corn bined with the statistics and analysis of the results, the conclusion provides a reference for the se lecting of the flush marine riser joint in the deep water operation, improves the working efficien cy, the safety and security of offshore platform operation.
