摘  要:多孔混凝土多作为植生混凝土的骨架,在其孔隙中由于胶凝材料层会释放大量的碱性物质,p H值高达13左右,远高于南方土壤的p H,会导致植物不适合在植生混凝土上顺利生长,为此,开展了降低多孔混凝土孔隙水环境碱性的研究。分析了骨料粒径、减水剂、掺合料以及蜡封法处理对多孔生态混凝土孔隙水环境碱性降低的效果。研究表明,降低多孔混凝土中孔隙平均孔径有利于降低混凝土孔隙水环境的碱性,适当增大高效减水剂的掺量以及在水泥中掺入一定掺量的矿物掺合料,可有效降低多孔混凝土孔隙水环境的p H,采用蜡封法可简单有效地抑制多孔混凝土中的碱性。经过选择适当的粗骨料、掺入高效减水剂与矿物掺合料以及蜡封处理后的多孔混凝土,其孔隙状态和孔隙水环境能满足多孔植生的需要。Mostly used as the skeleton of planting concrete, the pores of porous concrete release a large amount of alkaline substances from the cementitious material layer. The pH value of the solution can be as high as about 13 which are much higher than the pH value of southern soil, and the high pH value will make the pore concrete is unsuitable for plant growth. Therefore, the transformation of pore alkaline water environment of porous concrete is the key to the smooth growth of plants. The effect of aggregate size, water reducing agent, admixture and wax sealing method on alkalinity reduction of pore water environment of porous ecological concrete was studied in the paper. The results show that the alkalinity of pore water environment of porous concrete is inversely proportional to the average pore size, and there is no clear correlation between the alkalinity of pore water environment and the total porosity.The dosage of super plasticizer is inversely proportional to the alkalinity of pore water environment of porous concrete. Wax sealing method is a simple, effective, economical and practical alkalinity inhibition method. The pore state and pore water environment of porous concrete after mix proportion optimization and wax sealing treatment can meet the needs of porosity.
