摘 要:目的分析常见非发酵革兰阴性杆菌的临床分布情况与耐药性。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在本院住院的200例患者的腹水、胸水、脓液等多种标本中,提取200株非发酵革兰阴性杆菌,分析其构成、分布以及耐药性。结果 200株非发酵革兰阴性杆菌中,比例最高的是铜绿假单胞菌(148株),其次是鲍氏不动杆菌(26株),第三是嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(15株),主要分布在痰液中(62株),不同菌株对不同药物的耐药性存在差异。结论非发酵革兰阴性杆菌是很常见的一种致病菌,与感染关系密切,主要分布在痰液中,耐药性强,需要采取有效措施查明病菌具体类别,针对性用药。Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of common non-fermenting gram-negative bacilli. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 200 strains of non-fermenting gram-negative bacilli were isolated from the ascites, pleural effusion and pus of 200 patients hospitalized in our hospital. Their composition, distribution and drug resistance were analyzed. Results The highest proportion of 200 non-fermenting gram-negative bacilli was Pseudomonas aeruginosa (148 strains), followed by acinetobacter baumannii (26 strains), and the third was stenotrophomonas maltophilia (15 strains), mainly distributed in sputum (62 strains), different strains of different drug resistance differences. Conclusion Non-fermented gram-negative bacilli are very common pathogens. They are closely related to infections. They are mainly distributed in sputum and have strong resistance. It is necessary to take effective measures to identify the specifc types of pathogens.
