摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对小儿急性肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年1月我院收治的45例经超声检查诊断为肠套叠患儿的超声声像图特征,评估超声检查在小儿肠套叠诊断中的价值。结果 45例肠套叠患儿中,1例为绞窄性肠套叠,行手术治疗,稳定性肠套叠14例,行灌肠治疗,其超声检查具有典型的"同心圆"征象,有30例为不稳定性肠套叠,具有小的"同心圆征",使用开塞露通便后复查除1例后来确诊为急性阑尾炎外,另29例"同心圆征"表现消失。结论超声检查能及时鉴别小儿肠套叠的类型,从而为临床治疗方法的选择提供重要参考价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in acute intussusception in children. Methods The ultrasonographic features of 45 cases of intussusception diagnosed by ultrasonography in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, and the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intussusception in children was evaluated. Results Among 45 cases of intussusception, 1 case was strangulated intussusception, 14 cases treated by enema were stable intussusception, Their ultrasound examination showed typical ＂concentric circle＂ sign. Another 30 cases were unstable intussusception, and had small ＂concentric circle sign＂. In addition to one case of acute appendicitis later diagnosed, the other 29 cases of ＂concentric circle sign＂ disappeared after using kaiselu. Conclusion Ultrasonography can diagnose the types of intussusception early, so as to provide important reference value for the selection of clinical treatment methods.
