益气健脾通便方联合生物反馈治疗脾肺气虚型老年功能性便秘30例

摘　　要：目的:观察益气健脾通便方结合生物反馈治疗脾肺气虚型老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将安徽省中医院肛肠中心2016年10月—2017年10月适合纳入标准的60例脾肺气虚型老年功能性便秘的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予益气健脾通便方联合生物反馈治疗;对照组给予单独生物反馈治疗,观察两组患者便秘症状、盆底表面肌电的变化情况。结果:观察组和对照组临床症状评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P <0. 05)。观察组和对照组的总有效率为87%和47%,差异具备统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组Glazer盆底表面肌电评估中前后基线收缩波幅均显著降低,快速收缩阶段最大收缩波幅显著升高,持续收缩阶段、耐受收缩阶段变异系数显著降低,差异具备统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:益气健脾通便方结合生物反馈治疗对脾肺气虚型老年功能性便秘疗效显著,临床值得推广使用。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian Fang combined with biofeedback in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation with type of spleen -lung qi deficiency. Methods ：60 Senile Functional Constipation with tyepe of spleen -lung qi deficiency in the anorectal center of Anhui Hospital of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian Fang combined with biofeedback therapy, and the control group was given a single biofeedback treatment. To observe the constipation symptoms and changes of pelvic floor surface electromyography. Results ：The clinical symptom scores in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 87% and 47% respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the systolic amplitude of the baseline and the baseline systolic wave amplitude in the Glazer pelvic floor surface was significantly decreased, the maximum contraction amplitude in the rapid contraction stage was significantly increased, and the variation coefficient of the sustained contraction stage and the tolerance systolic phase decreased significantly. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Jianpi Tongban Fang combined with biofeedback therapy has significant effect on The spleen - lung qi deficiency type of Senile Functional Constipation, and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
