健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效及内镜改善情况。方法选取医院2014年10月至2017年12月收治的胃食管反流病患者139例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组69例和对照组70例。两组患者均予以纠正不良饮食习惯,对照组患者服用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用健胃愈疡片,连续治疗8周。结果观察组临床总有效率为89. 86%,明显高于对照组的77. 14%(χ~2=4. 066,P <0. 05);观察组患者内镜改善情况较对照组更显著,总有效率为88. 41%,明显高于对照组的74. 29%(χ~2=4. 556,P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平均有所下降,且观察组较对照组下降更明显(P <0. 05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为4. 35%,明显低于对照组的14. 29%(χ~2=4. 048,P <0. 05)。结论健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病疗效显著,能有效改善患者的内镜情况,且安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianwei Yuyang Tablets combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric- Coated Tablets in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and improvement of endoscopic. Methods Totally 139 patients with gastroe- sophageal reflux disease admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group（69 cases） and the control group（70 cases） by the random number table method. The two groups were given to correct bad eating habits. The control group was given Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric- Coated Tablets, while the observation group was given Jianwei Yuyang Tablets on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 89.86%, which was significantly higher than 77.14% of the control group（χ^2 =4. 066, P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of endoscopic in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.41%, which was significantly higher than 74. 29% of the control group（χ^2 =4.556, P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the levels of senlm 5- HT and CGRP in the two groups were decreased, and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.35%, which was significantly lower than 14.29% in the control group（χ^2=4. 048, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jianwei Yuyang Tablets combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric- Coated Tablets are effective in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, which can effectively improve the endoscopic condition of patients, and have high safety, wbich are worthy of clinical promotion.
