摘　　要：目的探讨美托洛尔联合大株红景天注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年3月至2017年3月诊治的冠心病心力衰竭患者100例,按随机数字表法分为联合组和单药组,各50例。单药组患者给予美托洛尔(每次50 mg,每日2次)口服,联合组患者在此基础上给予大株红景天注射液(每次10 m L,每日1次)静脉滴注。结果联合组总有效率高于单药组(92. 00%比76. 00%,P <0. 05);治疗后,联合组左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)高于单药组(P <0. 05);两组患者左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)及左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)无明显差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,联合组白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于单药组(P <0. 05);两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(18. 00%比10. 00%,P> 0. 05)。结论美托洛尔联合大株红景天注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效显著,能改善心功能,降低炎性因子,不良反应轻微,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined Soften Injection in the treatment of heart failure induced by coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods Totally 100 patients with heart failure induced by CHD admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the combined group and the single drug group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The single drug group was given metoprolol（50 mg/time, twice a day）, on this basis, the combined group was given intravenous drip of Soften Injection（10 mL/time, once a day）. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single drug group（92.00% vs. 76.00% , P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the LVEF and 6MWT of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the single drug group（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in LVEDd and LVESd between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment, the levels of IL- 6, TNF- α and hs- CRP in the combined group were significantly lower than those of the single drug group（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （18.00% vs. 10. 00%, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined Soften Injection in the treatment of heart failure induced by CHD has significant clinical effect, it can improve cardiac function, reduce inflammation factors, it has mild adverse reactions and high safety, which is worth of clinical promotion.
