摘 要:采用酯交换法,以联苯二氧乙醇和亚磷酸二乙酯为原料,合成了主链含磷液晶聚酯。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(NMR)对含磷液晶聚酯的化学结构进行了表征;利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对液晶聚酯的相变行为进行研究;通过红外光谱和热重分析(TGA)测试对液晶聚酯的热降解行为进行了探究。结果表明:所合成的含磷液晶聚酯是近晶相液晶聚酯,含磷液晶聚酯热稳定性好,成炭能力强,是一种潜在的高效液晶大分子阻燃剂。Novel flame retardant liquid crystalline polyester (BPO DEP) was synthesized through melt ing transesterification with 2, 2- ([1, 1-biphenyl]-4, 4-diyl) diethanol and diethyl phosphite. The chemical and phase structures of BPO DEP were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectros copy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR), differential scanning calo rimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscope (POM) , X ray diffraction (XRD) , and the thermal and flame retardant properties were investigated via thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and FTIR. Theresults showed that BPO DEP showed a smectic A phase. The liquid crystalline temperature (tic) and the isotropic temperature (ti) were 138.1 ℃ and 224.3 ℃. The TGA results showed that the initial thermal decomposition temperature (t5%), of BPO DEP were 298. 6 in air, and 304.3 ℃ in nitrogen. The residues at 800 ℃ were 26.6% in air, and 43.7% in nitrogen.
