摘　　要：目的探讨子午流注穴位按摩对危重患者肠内营养后胃潴留的影响。方法将60例ICU患者随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理按摩,2次/d,试验组采用子午流注穴位按摩护理,按十二经脉气血流注的时间规律实施穴位按摩,比较2组胃潴留例数、胃潴留量、喂养量、营养相关指标、吸入性肺炎发生率等情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者胃潴留量显著减少、喂养量显著增加、吸入性肺炎发生率显著降低(P <0. 05),但2组间血清白蛋白、前白蛋白差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论子午流注穴位按摩可有效减少危重患者肠内营养后胃液潴留,增加患者喂养量,并降低吸入性肺炎的发生率。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage of midday-midnight flowing on gastric retention in critically ill patients after enteral nutrition. Methods A total of 60 ICU patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases per group. The control group was treated with conventional massage for twice a day. The experimental group was treated with acupoint massage of midday-midnight flowing. The acupoint massage was performed according to the regularity of time of blood flow through the twelve meridians. Cases of gastric retention, gastric retention and feeding volume, nutrition-related indicators, incidence of aspiration pneumonia were compared. Results Compared with the control group, gastric retention in the treatment group was significantly reduced （ P 〈0.05）, feeding volume was significantly increased （ P 〈0.05）, incidence of aspiration pneumonia was significantly reduced （ P 〈0.05）. But the difference in serum albumin and prealbumin showed no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint massage of midday-midnight flowing can effectively reduce the retention of gastric juice after enteral nutrition in critically ill patients, increase the feeding amount of patients, and reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
