摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道自然腔道内镜手术(NOTES)应用于异位妊娠患者的围术期护理。方法回顾4例经阴道NOTES输卵管切除术患者的临床资料,术前完善检查,做好心理护理、皮肤准备、阴道准备、健康宣教,术后严密观察生命体征、阴道出血情况,做好导尿管的观察与护理,预防下肢深静脉血栓等术后并发症。结果 4例手术均成功,未出现严重并发症,手术创伤小,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,体表不留疤痕,治疗效果好。结论严密的围术期护理,能提升经阴道NOTES的手术效果,促进患者术后快速康复。Objective To explore perioperative nursing of transvaginal natural endoscopic surgery（NOTES） for patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 4 cases who accepted transvaginal NOTES were retrospectively collected. Preoperative examination, and preparations were given to create good conditions for surgery, including preoperative examination, psychological care, skin preparation, vaginal preparation, preoperative health education. After operation, vital signs were strictly monitored, degree of vaginal bleeding was recorded, and nursing of catheter was observed and other complications such as deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity were also prevented. Results All the 4 cases were successful operated, which was characterized by no serious complications, less surgical wound, less postoperative pain, quick recovery, and no scar on the body surface. Conclusion Strict perioperative care can improve the success rate of the transvaginal NOTES surgery and help the patients to gain a rapid recovery.
