日间手术患者的护理安全与保障措施

摘　　要：目的探讨日间手术的流程与护理措施,以保障日间手术安全。方法筛选日间手术与普通外科手术各100例,分别设为日间组与对照组,对比2组住院时间、满意度。结果日间组患者的平均住院时间为(22. 0±0. 9) h,显著短于对照组住院时间(96. 0±38. 7) h(P <0. 05);日间组患者满意度为98. 0%,高于对照组患者满意度91. 0%(P <0. 05)。除1例日间组患者术中出血延迟出院外,其他均顺利出院。结论日间手术流程高效便捷,可缩短住院时间,节约社会资源,减少医疗费用,提高患者满意度。Objective To evaluate surgery procedure and nursing measures for patients undergoing day surgery, so as to guarantee the safty of day surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with day surgery were chosen as day surgery group, and another 100 patients with general surgery were as control group. Hospital stay and satisfaction of patients were analyzed. Results Hospital stay in the day surgery group wsa（22.0±0.9） h, which was shorter than （96.0±38.7）h than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Satisfaction of patients in the day surgery group was 98.0%, which was higher than 91.0% in general surgery group. All patients in day surgery group discharged except one who was delayed due to intraoperative hemorrhage. Conclusion Day surgery is an efficient and convenient medical mode, which can shorten hospital stay, save medical spending and social resorces, and improve patient′s satisfaction.
