摘　　要：自由贸易区建设的发展和扩大是新时期广东省经济发展和对外开放的机遇,与21世纪海上丝绸之路建设息息相关。目前,面对新的形势和转变,中国(广东)自由贸易试验区建设急需找到明确的发展方向和突破点,才能有所作为。总体来说,中国(广东)自由贸易试验区要探索方法,将广东省改革开放以来办特区、发展经济的经验教训引介到21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家与中国国内各相关省区市。要主动参与21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线各国及中国国内各省区市自由贸易试验区的建设,强化自身技术、标准、专利和管理等"软件"方面的对外输出,真正起到关键节点的作用。Closely related to the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road building, the development and expansion of free trade zone is an opportunity for Guangdong’s economic development and opening-up in the new era. Nowadays, facing the new situation and changes, a clear direction and breakthrough are hence in urgent need to make a difference in China（Guangdong） Pilot Free Trade Zone building. In general, various ways should be explored for the development of China（Guangdong） Pilot Free Trade Zone, and the experiences and lessons, learned from Guangdong’s economic development and the special economic zones building since the Reform and Opening up, should be introduced to different parts of China and the countries along the Maritime Silk Road. Thus, it is essential for China（Guangdong） Pilot Free Trade Zone to play an active part and act as a key node in the free trade pilot zones building in China and the countries along the Maritime Silk Road, and to strengthen the external export of “software” such as technology, standards, patents and management.
