摘　　要：目的探讨药物利用评估工具(DUE)对规范质子泵抑制剂注射在预防胃黏膜损伤中的应用。方法回顾性分析本院2015年1—6月使用注射用质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的病例资料,对不合理用药患者实施干预,干预一段时间后,采用最新修订的DUE标准回顾2017年1—6月患者的使用情况,与干预前的评价结果进行对比,评价干预效果并提出新的整改措施。结果标准评价过程中发现了本院预防用质子泵抑制剂存在的问题,通过持续改进,本院注射用质子泵抑制剂在预防胃黏膜损伤中的用药适应症符合率由之前的47. 3%提高至68. 8%。结论利用DUE研究方法可以更加细致有效地评价并改进合理用药情况,可作为临床药学评价的有力工具。Objective To explore the application of assessment tools for drug use（DUE） in proton pump inhibitors standardization in prevention of gastric mucosal lesion. Methods The clinical data of proton pump inhibitors in treatment of gastric mucosal lesion from January to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients with irrational drug use were intervened. After a period of time, and the data of patients from January to June 2017 were analyzed by new revised DUE standard, and the intervention efficacy was evaluated, and new improvement measures were put forward. Results The problems of preventive application of proton pump inhibitors injection. The accordance rate of indication of proton pump inhibitors injection in prevention of gastric mucosal lesion in our hospital was increased from 47.3% to 68.8% after improvement. Conclusion DUE can be used to evaluate and improve the rational use of drugs. It can be used as a powerful tool for clinical pharmacist evaluation.
