建昌马血液生理生化指标的测定分析

摘　　要：血液生理生化指标测定对开展畜种改良、兽医临床诊疗以及珍稀动物保护等工作具有重要价值。该研究对分布于四川省凉山州地区的建昌马的基础生理参数、血液生理生化指标进行了系统的测定。结果显示:与普通马相比,建昌马血液常规指标中红细胞数量较少,血红蛋白含量较低,尿素氮含量较高;另外,建昌马公马血液中的红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积均极显著低于母马(P<0.01)。这些差异或特征反映了建昌马的品种特性,并可能与其饲养和栖息环境等有关。The blood physiological and biochemical indexes play an important role in improving livestock,diagnosing clinical disease and protecting rare animals. In order to protect and utilize Jianchang horse distributed in Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan province,its blood physiological and biochemical indexes were measured. The results indicated,compared with other horse,the erythrocyte number was less,the hemoglobin content was lower,the urea nitrogen content was higher. In addition,erythrocyte number and hemoglobin content in blood of male Jianchang horse was lower than those in the female obviously（P〈0.01）. These differences can be breed traits and ecological characteristics of Jianchang horse.
